Yoga benefits include: cardiovascular health, strength training, deepening flexibility, developing more balance, reduces back pain and improves endurance, along with breathing, relaxation, and mental focus. All are welcome, including beginners, as each student is guided to the most appropriate level of practice. There are variations for every individual.
